Manal Khan is Grants Manager at the Water Institute building on significant experience in research administration, program management, implementation/evaluation, and stakeholder engagement within state government and academic institutions. She has previously been fund manager and project management team member of North Carolina PFAS Testing Network and worked on enhancing whole community public health emergency response at North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Manal has a master's degree in public administration from UNC Chapel Hill.
