Annasimone Halim is a third year undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill majoring in Advertising and Public Relations through the Hussman School of Journalism. She is minoring in Health and Society as well as Speech and Hearing Sciences. Her interests lie in health marketing. She currently serves as a Content Creation Specialist for the UNC Executive Branch and is President of the Coptic Student Organization. Annasimone has traveled to Panama and Namibia to assist in providing basic health services and care to underserved communities, gaining first-hand experience with global health inequities and challenges.
