Sarah was a Research Assistant at the Water Institute and MSPH student in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering. Her research focused on using hydrologic modelling tools to assess the flood risk reduction benefits of nature-based solutions. Before joining the Water Institute, Sarah worked as a Water Resources Engineer at AECOM, where she designed Green Stormwater Infrastructure intended to reduce combined sewer overflow in support of Philadelphia Water Department’s Green City, Clean Waters initiative. Her project experience also includes stormwater management modelling and stormwater compliance. Sarah graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2017.
