Tim Kennard is the Conference Coordinator at the Water Institute. He was the community manager at The Loading Dock - Beryl in Raleigh, where he built relationships with members & planned a variety of member events. He has also been a part of the teams that put together arts festivals, fashion shows & conferences in Raleigh, such as SPARKcon, fashionSPARK and ReDress Raleigh. Tim has a bachelor's degree in arts applications from North Carolina State University.
