Frederik is a Research Assistant at the Brown Lab and the Water Institute where he is pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Engineering. He is currently working to develop a field test kit for the amoeba Naeglaria fowleri. His research interests are in water quality and sanitation as they pertain to environmental justice.
