1. Establishing a Lead Free Drinking Water Program

This workshop focuses on creating safely managed drinking water services and adopting national policies and regulations based on international standards and testing/certification requirements for products and materials used in drinking water systems. This workshop will provide the tools and knowledge to establish a lead-free drinking water program.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn the basics of lead in drinking water
- Learn how to establish and sustain a lead-free drinking water program
- Learn how to monitor water quality and meet international standards for lead in water system components
- Learn how to work with manufacturing companies to procure lead-free parts
- Learn how to work with the global water sector to ensure communities are not exposed to unsafe levels of lead from water
2. Water Utility Creditworthiness

This workshop will guide participants through the World Bank's on-line course focusing on helping water utilities become creditworthy and better able to attract financing, and helping governments create an enabling environment.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn concepts of financial sustainability
- Examine topics such as governance, financial and operational management, planning and budgeting
- Identify potential sources of government and commercial financing
3. Scientific Writing and Publishing
