WASH & Neglected Tropical Diseases: Generating the Evidence Base for Policy and Programming Convening Organization(s): The Carter Center, Children Without Worms, Emory University, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, SCI Foundation, WaterAid, World Health Organization This session will review the evidence base on WASH and NTDs, identify gaps and discuss challenges in generating robust evidence. Examples of collaborative research that seek to address those challenges will be presented followed by a discussion on the role of formative, operational, and experimental research in WASH-NTD programming.
