Alicia

Marshall

Alicia has spent 15 years intentionally working with and for different stakeholder groups in the sector to learn in depth their goals, needs, and preferred styles of communication to help them learn how to work together and leverage each other’s strengths. She has worked for and led projects with local communities and government in Ecuador (Shuar Health Project), the private sector (Kohler), non-profit organizations (Blue Planet Network), multi-lateral agencies (PAHO/WHO), Academia (UC Berkeley, UNC), and foundations (The Clinton Foundation). She envisions a sector and global development community where each stakeholder is contributing their unique strengths, and as a team are creating solutions that scale efficient and effective change.
